Suternational goes international with WebCenter.  The mission was to integrate corporate brand, provide an informational portal with customer-centric document management (Material Test Reports), add social authentication, and provide multilingual approval workflow for user-configurable content management / 3rd party translated content creation.  The organization also needed to backup documents to cloud for disaster recovery / business continuity, remote access through mobile devices.  The new site has resulted in reduction in HW/SW costs on Constellation Cloud (80% savings vs. traditional), increased business by targeting regional markets (multilingual),and improved customer retention through value-add MTR portal.
